WSI/CES Person Contextual Intelligence
個人情境智能

Help Natural and Legal Persons identify Needs, Capacities, Resources and Relationships, discover governed Matches, and connect to Programs and Fulfilment opportunities within authorized context.

PCI status

Public information is available; protected member lifecycle capabilities remain bounded by authentication and governance.

Core proposition

How PCI works

  1. 1. Identify
  2. 2. Context
  3. 3. Needs & Capacities
  4. 4. Resources & Relationships
  5. 5. Match
  6. 6. Programs / Fulfilment
  7. 7. Evidence / Outcome

One complete synthetic example journey

A concise, read-only example of one complete PCI journey. This is illustrative only -- it describes a synthetic scenario in prose, creates no record, and exposes no protected data. Sign in and open the Simulation Workspace to walk a synthetic journey like this one yourself, step by step.

  1. Context — A governed synthetic participant signs in through WSI/CES IAM and reaches their own authorized PCI Acting Subject context.
  2. Need/Offer — They declare a synthetic Need ("weekly grocery transport") or Offer in one permitted category.
  3. Connect — PCI deterministically reviews possible connections among the participant's own authorized Capacities/Resources -- Strong, Possible, or Not compatible, with plain-language reasons. No ranking of people, only of compatibility.
  4. Act — A named human records a simulated Human Decision, then reviews a proposed/preview-only Fulfilment -- no exchange executes and no CES transaction occurs.
  5. Outcome — The participant submits a synthetic Outcome with an evidence reference label. The journey is complete only once the Outcome is confirmed or corrected.

Synthetic and advisory only. No real Need, Capacity, Match, Fulfilment, Outcome, payment, or CES transaction is created by this example.

Simulated experimental design and control

  1. 1. Design
  2. 2. Simulate
  3. 3. Compare
  4. 4. Optimize
  5. 5. Govern
  6. 6. Pilot

PCI can frame governed synthetic experiments for WSI/CES Intelligence: design matched cases, simulate manual and PCI lifecycle pathways, compare Outcome discipline, optimize process burden without weakening controls, govern the evidence, and prepare a bounded pilot. Completed evidence is synthetic/local only and does not prove real-world effectiveness.

Natural + Legal Person model

Natural Person

A governed person acting within their own authorized PCI context.

Legal Person / Organization

An organization or group represented only through explicit governance and authority.

Authorized Representative

A person acting for a Legal Person where authorization permits that representation.

Governance boundaries

  • No Human Worth Scoring.
  • No guaranteed matching or automatic fulfilment.
  • No autonomous decisions.
  • No real Vault access or transactions are currently available.
  • Synthetic evaluation evidence is descriptive only; it is not a real-world effectiveness claim.
  • The user remains the governed Subject; authorization determines accessible context.
  • The flyer form does not collect PCI Context Objects or private Subject context.

Register Interest

Submit ordinary contact and service-interest information only. This creates a bounded CRM inquiry Lead and the standard associated Contact record for operator review; it does not activate PCI access.

Submitting interest is not PCI membership, an account, a subscription, an entitlement, or authorization to access private PCI services. Contact information is used to respond to this inquiry only. Do not submit Needs, Capacities, private context, health information, Vault data, credentials, government IDs, or payment information.

Submission provenance: lead_source=PCI Flyer; service=WSI/CES PCI; source URL, locale, consent version, timestamp, and request correlation id are attached by the server-side adapter.
